Cannot verify client. (3000) while uploading iOS binary

I encoutered this problem recently while I was trying to upload my binary to iTunes Connect. I’ve tried clean build, restart, but none of them fix the problem.

Finally, I found my provision profile was invalid in the developer portal. So I generate a new one, download and install. Case closed.
