I encoutered this problem recently while I was trying to upload my binary to iTunes Connect. I’ve tried clean build, restart, but none of them fix the problem. Finally, I found my provision profile was invalid in the developer portal. So I generate a new one, download and install. Case closed.

In the previous version I added the support for the mods that require Lua. However, it is no allowed by Apple. To be honest, the review team did test the app thoroughly and I think it is good for the ecosystem. So, got rejected but submitted again yesterday. Never give up hope!
